Following the success of Snoopy in Space, Apple TV+ is bringing more Peanuts content to the streaming world. Next up: The Snoopy Show.
The new series will debut on February 5, with six episodes dropping all at once. Each episode will feature Snoopy and Woodstock as they go on adventures both near and far.
Apple went all in with the Peanuts gang after the launch of their streaming service in November 2019. In addition to Snoopy in Space, the streamer also produced the original documentary Peanuts in Space: Secrets of Apollo 10.
The tech company also holds the broadcasting rights to all the classic Peanuts specials. Though, this created backlash last October after fans were unable to watch It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown on broadcast TV.
Fortunately, Apple partnered with PBS for airings of the Thanksgiving and Christmas specials. This allowed for viewers to catch their favorite holiday specials during traditional TV broadcasts as well as on Apple TV+.
Apart from The Snoopy Show, a second season of Snoopy in Space is also on the horizon.
